Submitting a Support Ticket

If you have an issue with Labflow and need to contact our support team you can submit a support ticket.

Go to labflow.freshdesk.com/support/home OR
Login to Labflow
Click on the User Menu icon (last button) in the left sidebar menu.
Click on Support.
Click Submit a ticket

Submit a Ticket Form

When you submit a ticket, your email address will populate if you're already logged in. Fill in the required fields then click Submit. Attach any files that will help us resolve your issue.
