The ability to add files and images has been temporarily disabled

When you see this message in a report:

The ability to add files and images has been temporarily disabled.

This means there is an issue with the file upload service and Labflow needed to disable it to prevent you from losing any files.

These disruptions are temporary and will usually be resolved within a short amount of time. When file uploads are disabled, Labflow informs instructors so they know you are unable to upload files.

When we are able to re-enable the ability to upload files, if you are logged into Labflow, you will see a grey banner on the top of the screen with a message letting you know the issue is resolved.

If you want to monitor the status of Labflow's services, you can go to the following status page: http://status.labflow.com/
