Red Banners and Errors

Seeing a Red Banner means Labflow encountered an error when loading the page.


If you see a banner when you first log in, the most common source of the problem is that a browser security setting is preventing necessary information from being loaded. Depending on the browser you are using, or the device you are using, this setting is called different things. The option could be named Cross-site track, third-party cookies, or something like an anti-tracking feature. 


Skip to a specific browser/device


iPad/iPhone - Safari

In the Settings app for your iPad or iPhone, select the Safari application in the left-side menu. 

In the Privacy and Security section, disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" option.

If you are logged into Labflow, log out. And then log into Labflow again.


MacOS - Safari

In the Safari menu, select Preferences...

In the Privacy tab of the Preferences menu, make sure that the Prevent cross-site tracking option is unchecked.

Chrome mobile browser

Select the Settings menu from the triple-dot menu in the upper right of the screen.

Scroll down and select Privacy and security

Select the option for Third-party cookies

Make sure that either Allow third-party cookies mode is selected. 

If you are logged into Labflow, log out. And then log into Labflow again, and make sure you are not using an incognito window.



Chrome desktop browser

Select the Preferences... in the Chrome menu

Select Privacy and security from the left menu

Select the Third-party cookies option

Make sure that either Allow third-party cookies in Incognito mode is selected.

If you are logged into Labflow, log out. And then log into Labflow again, and make sure you are not using an incognito window.


Samsung Smartphone Internet

In the three-line menu on the bottom right, select Settings icon

Select Browsing privacy dashboard in the Internet settings menu

Toggle the Smart anti-tracking off
